Summary
Some 2020 F-Super Duty vehicles equipped with a 6.2L or 7.3L gas engine and a 10R140 transmission may exhibit an intermittent buzz noise coming from the transmission while the vehicle is in transport mode. This condition is most noticeable with the vehicle in PARK or NEUTRAL and at elevated idle speeds of 850 to 1250 revolutions per minute (RPM). This condition is a normal characteristic while in transportation mode and will be eliminated once the vehicle is placed into normal mode prior to customer delivery. Do not attempt to repair.
