2011-2014 Explorer, F-150, Edge, MKX and F-Super Duty vehicles may experience windshield wipers that continue to operate in low intermittent speed when the multifunction switch is turned to the off position.
SERVICE PROCEDURE
- Does the windshield wipers continue to operate in low / intermittent speed only when the wiper switch is in the off position?
- Yes – install a new wiper/multifunction switch.
- No – this article does not apply. Refer to WSM.
