Manual Front Passenger Seat Track – Stuck In Forward Position
08 November 2017
Issue: Some 2016-2017 Explorer vehicles equipped with a manual front passenger seat may exhibit a stuck condition in the full forward position. This may be caused by the seat being moved firmly from the rearward position to the forward position causing the seat track travel restrictor to bend allowing the adjuster bar to become trapped under the travel restrictor.
Action: Follow the Service Procedure to correct the condition.
