2015-2016 High Roof Transit Bus/Wagons Built Before 01/15/15 – Headliner Loose or Gap – TSB 15-0133 Instruction Sheet Update
TSB 15-0133 repair kit instructions are in the process of being updated for vehicles built before 1/15/2015.
The revised repair procedure will instruct technicians to remove all vent foam gaskets that are attached to the molded A/C Ducts.
All vent foam gaskets should only be attached to the headliner substrate.
This revision eliminates a “double gasket” condition that can force the headliner inboard making it difficult for the pillar tabs to properly retain the headliner.
