2010-2015 F-150 3.5L GTDI/5.0L/6.2L/2.7L – 2010-2014 Expedition/Navigator 5.4L 3v – 2015 Expedition/Navigator 3.5L GTDI – Exhaust Torca Clamp Availability
When performing repairs that require removal and installation of the left and/or right side catalyst assemblies, the Torca clamp that secures the two catalyst pipes may require replacement due to stretching from repeated use.
If the Torca clamp is no longer providing the necessary clamping force to seal the exhaust joint, the Torca clamp can now be replaced using service part# 2L1Z-5A231-AA.

The spot weld securing the old Torca clamp can be ground off to provide a uniform clamping force.
When installing the new clamp, be sure that the clamp opening is towards the front of the vehicle and the draw bolt orientation is vertical.
