2015-2016 MKC – Power Folding Mirror Body Does Not Hold Position Or Rotates Beyond Normal Stop – Built On Or Before 6/13/2015
2015-2016 MKC vehicles equipped with power folding exterior mirrors and built on or before 6/13/2015 can exhibit a condition where the exterior power fold mirror does not hold position, and /or can travel beyond the normal stop point.
The mirrors may be out Synchronization because they were folded or unfolded without using the Exterior mirror control switch.
Perform the Power Mirrors Synchronization procedure in Workshop Manual.
If the concern is still present, replace the affected mirror assembly.
