Summary

2020-2021 Corsair vehicles have a child safety lock that is located inside the opening of the rear door latch. The child safety locking switch may be difficult to see unless viewed at eye-level with the rear door latch and looking into the rear door latch opening. Verify that the child safety lock is in the correct position prior to condemning the latch assembly. The digital version of the 2020 and 2021 Corsair owner manual has been updated. The digital Owner’s Manual version includes updates to the Child Safety Locks section. It can be viewed at https://owner.lincoln.com/. Once you visit the Lincoln website, select SUPPORT > Download Owner’s Manual. Select the Year, Make, and Model and select Apply. Then scroll down to find the viewable Owner’s Manual.
