Summary
Some 2019 Escape/Fusion vehicles equipped with a Sony branded audio system may exhibit AM presets that may not save and/or may be lost after an ignition cycle. To address this condition, reprogram the audio control module (ACM) using the appropriate Ford diagnostic scan tool. For claiming use causal part 18C869 and applicable labor operations in Section 11 of the Service Labor Time Standards (SLTS) Manual.
