ISSUE:
Some 2015-2016 Transit Connect vehicles may exhibit a water leak into the passenger side footwell.
ACTION:
Follow the Service Procedure steps to correct the condition.
SERVICE PROCEDURE
- Is water leaking into the passenger side footwell?
- Yes – check the evaporator core drain tube and reattach the evaporator core drain tube, if loose or disconnected. (Figure 1)

- Yes – check the evaporator core drain tube and reattach the evaporator core drain tube, if loose or disconnected. (Figure 1)
