  1. Ford Dealerships should be courteous to potential buyers & show them (point out) up front that the quality of their headliners is poor at best. When you buy a brand new Ford Escape you at least expect your headliner to not look frayed and incomplete. Had my husband and I seen it when we bought it we would have probably thought otherwise. Definitely won’t recommend this model Ford to anyone I know and will advise friends and family to make sure they check for interior quality thoroughly before purchasing. I wish we’d have seen the complaints online with the same pictures as what ours looks like before we bought it. Shame on us, right?
