2017 F-Super Duty – Pickup Only – Dealer Special Order (DSO) Paint – Mismatched Paint Color On Exterior Pickup Box Corner Panels
Some 2017 F-Super Duty pickups may be ordered with DSO paint colors.
Vehicles equipped with DSO paint will have exterior pickup box corner panels that do not match the DSO paint.
This is due to the pickup box corner panels being painted by the supplier prior to being installed during production.
This is a normal condition and no repair should be attempted under a warranty or misbuilt vehicle claim.
