SSM 46359 – 2017 F-Super Duty Pickup – Water Leak Into Passenger Compartment From Cab Marker Lamp – Built On Or Before 23-Jan-2017
Some 2017 F-Super Duty vehicles built on or before 23-Jan-2017 may exhibit a water leak into the passenger compartment due to poor sealing of the cab marker lamp gasket.
If the water leak is determined to be from the cab marker lamp, a revised cab marker lamp assembly is available that has adhesive on the gasket to improve sealing.
When installing the roof marker lamp, refer to Workshop Manual (WSM), section 417-01 for revised installation procedure.
