PROGRAM TERMS
This program will be in effect through July 31, 2017. There is no mileage limit for this program.

Affected vehicles are identified in OASIS and FSA VIN Lists.
REASON FOR THIS PROGRAM
On all of the affected vehicles, the aluminum wheels are finished with a gloss black physical vapor deposition (PVD) process with a liquid clear coat. Over time, the clear coat may peel away from the PVD layer, which results in poor wheel appearance. These original gloss black PVD wheels have been discontinued and are no longer available.
SERVICE ACTION
Dealers are to replace all four wheels on the vehicle, whether or not clear coat peeling has occurred. The customer can choose from two replacement wheel options. This service must be performed on all affected vehicles at no charge to the vehicle owner.
OWNER NOTIFICATION MAILING SCHEDULE
Parts to repair this condition are currently not available in sufficient quantities to service all of the affected vehicles. Therefore, to ensure an ample supply of parts is available, owners of affected vehicles will be notified in two separate mailings. Mailing will begin by August 10, 2015, prioritized by vehicle age. Dealers should repair any affected vehicles that arrive at their dealerships, whether or not the customer has received a letter.

OASIS ACTIVATED
OASIS will be activated on July 13, 2015.
FSA VIN LIST ACTIVATED
FSA VIN list will be available through https://web.fsavinlists.dealerconnection.com on July 13, 2015. Owner names and addresses will be available by September 30, 2015.
NOTE: Your FSA VIN list may contain owner names and addresses obtained from motor vehicle registration records. The use of such motor vehicle registration data for any purpose other than in connection with this program is a violation of law in several states, provinces, and countries. Accordingly, you must limit the use of this listing to the follow-up necessary to complete this service action.
STOCK VEHICLES
- Correct all affected units in your new vehicle inventory before delivery.
- Use OASIS to identify any affected vehicles in your used vehicle inventory.
SOLD VEHICLES
- Owners of affected vehicles will be directed to dealers for repairs.
- Immediately contact any of your affected customers whose vehicles are not on your VIN list but are identified in OASIS. Give the customer a copy of the Owner Notification Letter (when available) and schedule a service date.
- Correct other affected vehicles identified in OASIS which are brought to your dealership.
TITLE BRANDED / SALVAGED VEHICLES
Affected title branded and salvaged vehicles are eligible for this service action.
ADDITIONAL LABOR TIME AND/OR PARTS
Contact the Special Service Support Center (SSSC) if you have any of the following:
- Damage that you believe was caused by the covered condition.
- A condition that requires additional labor and/or parts to complete the repair.
- Aftermarket equipment or non-Ford
modifications to the vehicle which might prevent the repair of the covered condition.
Contact the SSSC prior to the repair. Please be prepared to provide your requested additional warranty part cost, estimated additional labor time, and dealer specific labor rate. Requests for approval after completion of the repair may not be granted. Ford Motor Company reserves the right to deny coverage for related damage in cases where the vehicle owner has not had this service action performed on a timely basis. Additional related damage parts are subject to random selection for return to the Ford
Warranty Parts Analysis Center (WPAC).
OWNER REFUNDS
Refunds are not approved for this program.
RENTAL VEHICLES
The use of rental vehicles is not approved for this program.
CLAIMS PREPARATION AND SUBMISSION
- Enter claims using Direct Warranty Entry (DWE) or One Warranty Solution (OWS).
- DWE: Refer to ACESII manual for claims preparation and submission information.
- OWS: When entering claims in DMS software, select claim type 31: Field Service Action. The FSA number (15B13) is the sub code.
- Refer to ACESII manual for claims preparation and submission information.
- Additional labor and/or parts must be claimed as related damage on a separate repair line from which the FSA is claimed. Additional labor and /or parts require prior approval from the Special Service Support Center.
- PROGRAM TERMS: This program will be in effect through July 31, 2017. There is no mileage limit for this program.

NOTE: All four original PVD wheels must be returned in the original four wheel kit packaging in order to receive core credit. Regional core recovery centers will not pick up and grant core credit if all four wheels are not returned in one package/box.

To manage part availability, dealers must contact the Special Service Support Center Parts Order Line at 1-800-207-2444. When calling to place an order for a kit of four wheels, please be prepared to provide dealer P&A code, VIN, part number and description of wheel (20 spoke vs. 5 spoke) desired for the customer’s vehicle.

I lost the letter regarding this recall and had honestly forgotten about it. I currently have several other recalls that are about to be completed and was wondering why this one did not show up on the dealership service department’s list for my vehicle. Am I still able to get the service completed on my vehicle!
You will have to talk to the dealer. If your vehicle came with those wheels, you should be covered.
I have been waiting over a year for my replacements.
