2011-2015 MKX vehicles may exhibit the floor console media bin door that will not open/close or is loose.
SERVICE PROCEDURE
- Remove the selector lever trim panel.
- Remove the media hub.
- Turn the selector lever trim panel over and remove the media bin, by removing the six (6) screws.
- Install the new media bin onto the selector level trim panel using the six (6) screws.
- Reinstall the media hub.
- Reinstall the selector lever trim panel.
