Issue: Some 2019 F-650/F-750 built on 03-Jan-2019 through 14-Feb-2019 may experience one or both
fender mounted auxiliary marker lamps not blinking with turn signal. This may be due to a wiring concern
in the lamp assembly. To correct the condition, replace the affected lamp assembly.
Action: Follow the Service Procedure steps to correct the condition on vehicles that meet all of the
following criteria:
• 2019 F-650/F-750
• Built on 03-Jan-2019 through 14-Feb-2019

Service Procedure
1. Are the front fender auxiliary marker lamp(s) blinking with the turn signal? (Figure 1)
(1). Yes – this article does not apply. Refer to Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 417-01 for normal
diagnostics.
(2). No – proceed to Step 2.

2. Open the hood to access the auxiliary marker lamp and connector.
3. Remove the connector from the inner fender. (Figure 2)

4. Disconnect C1445 (left) or C1446 (right) from the vehicle harness.
5. Remove the front fender auxiliary marker lamp by pressing the lamp outward from the backside of the
fender. (Figure 3)

6. Remove the auxiliary marker lamp grommet from the fender. (Figure 4)

7. Remove and discard the auxiliary marker lamp assembly from the fender. (Figure 5)

NOTE: The new lamp should have a Julian date code (YYMMDD) 190215 or later. (Figure 6)

8. To install the new auxiliary marker lamp, reverse the removal procedure.
9. Repeat Steps 3-8 on the other side of the vehicle as necessary.
