2017 Focus/C-Max – Left Front One Touch Window Functions Become Inoperative – Built On 26-Jul-2017 And Through 01-Aug-2017
Some 2017 Focus/C-Max vehicles equipped with one touch power windows built on 26-Jul-2017 and through 01-Aug-2017 may exhibit a loss of the one touch window functions on the left front power window.
Remove the window regulator and inspect the motor for a lot No. of 01 350 115 stamped in ink on the exterior of the motor, if lot No. 01 350 115 is present then replace the motor.
Refer to Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 501-11.
If lot No. 01 350 115 is not present refer to WSM, Section 501-11 for normal diagnosis.
