This applies to Broncos built on/after 12-Aug-2021 equipped with hard top roof or vehicles repaired under Customer Satisfaction Program 21B49. For claiming, use labor operation SUBPHOTO for reimbursement. The hard top roof is enhanced to meet standards expected by customers. To assist with long-term supplier quality, Ford is seeking immediate dealer feedback on customer concerns.
