is an alternative that requires replacement of the existing battery tray spacers with the following: remove the existing rear spacer and replace it with service part number CV6Z-10A652-A.
Place the battery in the middle of the tray and add a front spacer service part number 4N5Z-10A652-A.
These spacers must be used to properly align and secure the battery in its tray.
Torque the 2 hold down nuts to 71 lb.in (8 Nm).
