Some 2020 Explorer vehicles equipped with a 2.3L EcoBoost engine and built on or before 10-Jan-2020 may exhibit various transmission concerns requiring either disassembly and repair or complete transmission replacement. When performing transmission service, inspect the transmission oil cooler. If the cooler is not equipped with a support bracket fastened to the transmission bellhousing, replace the transmission oil cooler. Refer to TSB 20-2086 for part information and additional details.
