Some 2016-2018 Explorer and Police Interceptor Utility vehicles built on or before 19-Mar-2018 may exhibit liftgate glass cracking that may appear to originate from the wiper arm hole.
Service parts have been updated to correct this condition.
Replace the glass with the current service replacement parts.
For claiming,use causal part 7842006 and applicable labor operations in Section 12 of the Service Labor Time Standards (SLTS) Manual.
