2013-2017 Multiple Vehicles – 6F35/6F15 – Updated Front Pump Inspection Procedure
2013-2017 vehicles equipped with the 6F35/6F15 automatic transmission have had updated procedures added to Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 307-01.
These instructions are designed to correctly diagnose failures within the (7A103) front pump.
The new steps added will help with inspection of the pump gears, gear pocket, pump bushings, flatness of sealing surfaces, TCC valve, and turbine shaft.
- Prevents overheating, reducing elevated operating temperatures up to 40 degrees Farenheit - Optimizes total transmission performance
