2017 F-150 and Raptor vehicles equipped with a 10R80 automatic transmission at times may exhibit skip gear upshifting and downshifting.

Typical examples are 1-3 or 3-5 upshift or a 6-4 coasting downshift.

This is a normal and desired behavior.
