ISSUE:

Some 2016 MKS, MKT and Navigator vehicles equipped with the THX audio system may not play sound during demo mode.

ACTION:

Follow the Service Procedure steps to correct the condition.

SERVICE PROCEDURE

Replace the audio digital signal processing (DSP) module. Refer to Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 415-00.
