Instrument Panel (IP) foam seal push pins = Possible whistle noise from dash, above 40 mph with climate control in Recirculation mode. The instrument panel foam seal push pins are located under the IP and run along the inside lower edge of the windshield. The bottom of these pins and their holes can be accessed by removing the cowl top leaf screen and wiper arms. The Cowl Top Tape can be accessed by removing the interior A‐pillar trim panel. Make sure the Baffle is properly sealed. The Driver side Exterior Cowl Top Baffle area can be accessed by removing the cowl top leaf screen and wiper arms.
