ISSUE:
Some 2013-2016 Escape and 2013-2015 C-MAX vehicles with leather seating may exhibit cracks in the front driver or passenger seat cushion cover outboard bolster or side facing panel.
ACTION:
Follow the Service Procedure steps to correct the condition.
SERVICE PROCEDURE
Inspect the seat cushion cover for cracks in the specific areas circled. If cracks are present, replace the seat cushion cover. Refer to Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 501-10. (Figure 1)
