To assist with obtaining the correct body margin measurements, refer to the 2015 F-150 Door Fitment Job Aid Video and the 2015F-150 Door Fitment Worksheet located on the Professional Technician Website (PTS) in the General Communications section under the Service Tips tab.
Refer to the Workshop Manual (WSM) Section, 501-26 to obtain the body margin and flushness specifications.
The body alignment procedures in WSM Section, 501-03 can be used to make any adjustments required to resolve the customer concern.
