SSM 46391 – 2017 F-Super Duty/E-Series/F53 Motorhome/F59 Chassis/F-650/F-750 – 6.8L – Multiple Misfire DTCs – Engine Built On 10-Sep-2016 And Through 15-Feb-2017
Some 2017 F-Super Duty, E-Series, F53 Motorhome, F59 Chassis, F-650/750 vehicles equipped with a 6.8L engine with an engine built on 10-Sep-2016 and through 15-Feb-2017 may exhibit multiple misfire diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) P0300, P0301, P0302, P0303, P0304, P0305, P0306, P0306, P0307, P0308, P0309, P0309 and/orP0310.
This may be due to an under torqued crankshaft pulley bolt.
Before attempting any diagnosis or repairs, suspect under torqued crankshaft pulley bolt as the issue.
