This non-operational amplifier (service part number N2DZ-18C804-B) will not produce sound (by design) from the rear subwoofer. The non-operational rear amplifier and subwoofer assembly will appear identical to a working system. Customers have been notified and compensated appropriately for this change to the vehicle.
