After having the Powertrain Control Module reprogrammed (18-NO4B ) I noticed a drop in acceleration and it seems like the transmission shift points are different. Does this reprogramming change the power output? It seem to affect my truck. I had the reprogramming at El Cajon Ford in El Cajon California. I'm wondering if anyone has had the same experience?
