I contacted Marcote ford of Holyoke Ma. the people I bought my transit from. I was put in contact with Gregg and my replacement was done two days latter in an unbelievable time frame. Very happy with Marcote

I contacted Quirk Ford of Quincy, MA to schedule the repair. I spoke to a John Flynn who was extremely rude and did not want to schedule the replacement as outlined in the Recall Notice. He hung up on me when I insisted it be replaced. I subsequently scheduled the replacement with a different service representative. It was a very unpleasant experience dealing with Mr. Flynn.
