Reprogramming is done once. If it’s overheating you have another issue.

Will they go through all of this again and fix free under this recall a second time or will they make me pay for it this time?

Ford Germany has no Idear about that Program, so how we cab handel it her in Germany ?? It a real US Explorer exportet private to Germany .
