Same here on my 2017 Mustang GT in Germany. It really ruins the fun. The dealer says that’s how it is. They can’t improve it. The Mustang is relatively soft, so this is some kind of resonance frequency.
Let me know is you found a cure.

We have a 2017 Mustang GT, purchased in Australia. It has now traveled around 2000 km. There is a noticeable drive-train vibration /thrum on smooth roads at 80-100 km/hr. At higher speeds there is no noticeable vibration. I selected neutral but no difference, which tends to eliminate the engine being the source of the vibration. it ruins the driving experience.
