Parts are still not available.

It is now Dec 6th 2017, YES 2017!!
I’ve not heard from Lincoln apart from the original letter July 2016, “When we get the part we’ll inform you by mail”. I contacted the Tennessee Bureau of Commerce and Insurance and they received a letter back ( I have a copy) the contents the same as Lincoln sent to me, except for a closing sentence, “Please consider this our closing report” i.e. Don’t bother us with these complaints as we won’t being doing anything anytime soon! I followed up with another call to Lincoln today, nothing! Same response, “No idea, can’t help you. When we know we’ll tell you”
Does anyone know what I should be doing and how to get my car back on the road!!??

I have the same issue I brought my Ford Fusion into canada and now the inspector told me I have the recall and I went to dealer they told me they don’t have the part and they don’t have estimate time for the part and I called ford canada they told me we don’t have an answer about this issue and you can’t drive the car or even insure it! can some one told us what we can do! its big Dam company !ill never buy ford again and never recommend it for anyone, they are hiding something and don’t want to solve customer issue! what you guys did about that!?

I am trying to find an email address to address this issue with Ford motor company. Ready to start selling tickets to destroy the useless car. Don’t drive it anymore because of the recall. Can’t sell it because it is an unsafe vehicle. Will never buy another Ford product. FORD IS NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY. Ford does not care about the customer. My car is an expensive piece of junk.
