Ford needs to expand this recall. My 2011 Ford Fusion just missed the recall by one day and I cannot be reimbursed. I had to replace the power steering and the exact parts specified in the recall for $1,350. Hundreds of Fusion owners are experiencing the same thing.

If your vehicle was not fixed before you bought it, they should cover the repair. If your Dealer will not help you you can file a complaint with the NHTSA https://www-odi.nhtsa.dot.gov/VehicleComplaint/

During the inspection of a steering problem on my MKZ 2011, it came to my attention that the vehicle was not fixed. It may be due to the fact that I bought the vehicle from a Mercedez dealer. However, reading extensively on the matter, I need some assurances that the vehicle (now a problem) will be repaired.
Please assist.
