This Recall is for US and Canada, I don’t have any info for Recalls in Europe.

Hi, just wanting some advice please about this issue, I have a 2014 Ford Mondeo VIN number WF0FXXWPCFEG31372 with this exact fault, when i go on the ETIS website it is automatically saying the car is in the \United States, we are in the UK and we have changed the country to United Kingdom and the re-call still comes up. We have been to our local Ford dealer who have said this problem is not coming up for our car on the ETIS Website, Would you know if our car has been imported or would you have another car with same VIN plate in America.
