My Dealer, Kerry Ford, 155 W Kemper Rd, Springdale, OH 45246 has refused to replace this on my Mustang. I have called over 10 times now. First they told me to they had the parts to 15S21 but that I should wait until the parts for 16S26 came in. Then, when I called again they said they were out of 15S21. I called several times more and they kept saying “call back”. I just called today and they said “go somewhere else”….because they said they don’t intend to get any in. They say 16S26 has not been released. Please send me the parts and I will get them replaced myself after I rant about it on Twitter and other social media channels.
